Administrative Team

Welcome to  a new school year! It is my privilege to be the Principal at Rudy Elementary and I am so happy to welcome our new and returning families!

I have a Bachelors of Education in Elementary Education and have taught grades 3, 4, 5, and 7/8. After receiving my Master’s Degree in Administration, I was a Literacy Coach, Assistant Principal and have been a Principal since 2010. Rudy has so much to offer our students and families!

Check out our website and/or Facebook/instagram page to keep up to date on all of the information and events that we have. Rudy has many after-school clubs such as Typing, Robotics, Drama, Student Council, and Choir as well as Cross Country and Basketball for those that love sports! There are so many opportunities for our students in which to participate! Parents can also join the PTA and are also invited once a month for a 2nd Cup of Coffee with the Principal. Coffee and bagels from Einstein’s are provided! Come and see what great things are happening at Rudy!

Hello, my name is Chad Molina and I am happy to be the Assistant Principal at Rudy Elementary School. I received my Bachelors in Elementary Education in 2008 from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade, and was a school wide math interventionist at Otero Elementary School for nine years. After that, I taught at-risk students at Doherty High School for three years. I spent that last three years working in District 11’s Education Insights Department working to support schools with improvement efforts. Family is at the center of my life. My wonderful wife Emily and I have two adult children. I love hiking and golfing with my son and going to comic-cons and concerts with my daughter. I am looking forward to helping to make Rudy the best possible school for our students, families, teachers, and staff!
